One of the things that impressed me about this hotel was the attention to detail. They provided two bottles of water in the room, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the prices for items in the minibar, like juice, were reasonable. I also appreciated the fact that the rooms were spacious and had both air conditioning and hot water.

The only minor downside was that some aspects could be improved upon, but overall, everything was satisfactory.

Spent Christmas at a hotel recently and there were a few good things. the staff was helpful and courteous which made the stay pleasant. the hotel's location was convenient especially for those who like to explore the town. Lastly, the hotel provided comfortable beds which resulted in a good night's sleep.

The experience was not entirely pleasant. The hotel was insistent on charging us for a broken closet cover which we felt was not our fault.
